Bahia Yoga Nottingham is a professionally Registered Yoga School (RYS). The leading provider of Yoga Teacher Training & Yoga Classes in Nottingham and the East Midlands area. We have an elegant Yoga studio space to run vibrant Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Courses.
Our courses are recognised internationally, and allow newly qualified Yoga teachers to teach private and group classes, in gyms and studios throughout the UK and worldwide. Our unique Teacher Training Programme provides specialist input from the best teachers in the field.
We run short-term intensives (12 week long) Yoga teacher Training courses or longer term courses over 1 year long (10 months intensive study and practice).
