At Fluid Yoga, we run classes and courses in both Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga as well as our home-grown "FluidYoga" sessions. There is something here to suit everyone's level of fitness and flexibility.
We also offer pranayama and meditation sessions to keep your mind as strong and steady as your yoga body!
